We are located in the Civic Center Plaza Towers in downtown Santa Ana:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARKING

Although the business address is on Santa Ana Blvd, the parking structure entrance is on Parton Street. Please see photo of parking structure.

  • Cholula Psychological Services will pay for your parking in this structure. Please take your parking ticket with you and ask us about validation.

  • The clearance is 6’6,” allowing standard-size cars/trucks/SUVs.

  • Handicap access is only available on level 2.

TO THE CLINIC

  • The entrance to the lobby is on level 2. If you park on any other level, please take the stairs located on the north side of each level down to level 2 to reach the lobby. The parking garage doesn’t have an elevator.

  • As you drive up the parking structure entrance ramp, you will pass the lobby entrance on your left side. It is at the end of the walkway with the yellow railing. Walk through the outdoor tiled area in the photo to reach the building entrance and the “Elevator Lobby.”

Locating Suite 530

  • After entering the lobby on level 2, turn to your right to locate the elevators.

  • Take the elevator to the 5th floor.

  • Exit the elevator and go right.

  • Our office is on the right side of the carpeted hallway.

Evening & Weekend Appointments

  • For security purposes, after 6:00 pm, weekends & holidays the building is closed to the public. Employees have 24/7 access and can let clients in.

  • If you arrive after 6:00 pm for an appointment or on a weekend/holiday, please text or call the receptionist to let us know you have arrived, and someone will meet you at the 2nd-floor lobby entrance to let you in.

  • If you text or call the receptionist but do not reach someone immediately, please call/text your therapist at their work number. Your therapist will be expecting you and should answer your phone call in the event that the receptionist does not.
