Out of Network Coverage
If you have a non-HMO insurance plan, you likely have out-of-network benefits. This typically means you pay full-price for services, collect a superbill from your insurance, submit the superbill to your insurance, and wait for reimbursement for the insurance portion of the responsibility. This can be an overwhelming process for many.
We are pleased to offer courtesy billing for all out-of-network services. What does this look like? Meet with your provider, and we will automatically submit the documentation to the insurance on your behalf. Our billing processor offers end-to-end claim management support.
Once your deductible has been met, we offer two options for pay:
1) Pay the full cost of services and wait for a partial reimbursement from your insurance, available with shorter waiting times via direct deposit. This arrangement comes at no additional charge.
2) For a small fee of 5%, pay only your co-insurance amount, and our billing processor will wait for the reimbursement on your behalf. This option is especially helpful if you worry about being able to pay the full cost of services up front.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments are considered LATE cancellations if the cancellation or rescheduling request is received less than 24 HOURS prior to the start time.
Late cancellations and no-shows will be subject to a $30 charge.
This is in consideration of the fact that we reserve one hour for each appointment. Thank you.
