You may be here because something in your life feels out of balance—because you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. It might be strained relationships, unresolved grief, trauma, feelings of powerlessness, or the weight of depression or anxiety. Maybe you’re navigating a major life change, parenting challenges, or re-entering society after incarceration. For many of my clients, there is also the silent burden of generational trauma and systemic barriers that deeply affect their emotional well-being. Some struggle to express their needs–especially as they struggle with English language barriers–feel pressure from cultural or family expectations, or find themselves caught in patterns, relationships, or a past that make it hard to feel grounded or connected. I want you to know: you don’t have to face this alone.
I offer a therapeutic space that is safe, affirming, and responsive to your unique experience. The individuals I work with come from all walks of life—children learning emotional regulation, teens finding their voice, and adults seeking healing from complex pasts. I also have experience conducting psychological assessments for ADHD, autism, and immigration-related needs. In this work, I strive to create space for people to slow down, feel seen, and explore both their challenges and their strengths. With the ability to provide services in both English and Spanish, I aim to support clients in the language that feels most natural and accessible to them. I’m also mindful of the unique stressors faced by individuals from Latinx and other culturally diverse backgrounds, and I approach our work with cultural humility, respect, and an awareness of how identity and lived experience can shape the healing process.
Therapy with me is not about fixing you—because you are not broken. It’s about reconnecting with who you are, understanding where you’ve been, and building toward where you want to go. I draw from evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused strategies, while always tailoring our work to your specific needs and goals. Our sessions go beyond surface-level change; we explore the root causes of what you’re experiencing and develop practical tools to support emotional growth, relational healing, and self-awareness. In assessments, I use both clinical precision and compassionate listening to help you gain clarity and direction—not as a way to label, but to illuminate and empower.
